Cobblefield is a picturesque, gated community located in a residential area of southern White Plains. Fifty-four acres of verdant property is home to 97 residences, ranging from 2,250 square feet to 3,600 square feet. There are both freestanding and attached homes with six different layouts. Twenty percent of the homes feature a primary bedroom suite on the first floor and one third of the homes are free-standing. The attached homes are all end units, with only two homes per property. A large proportion of the homes also have lower levels depending on topography.
